- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Utilize construction management software, such as Xactimate, to create detailed estimates
- Evaluate and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids
- Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals to clients, including detailed breakdowns of costs
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
- Review change orders and provide cost estimates for additional work
- Collaborate with the project team to identify value engineering opportunities

- Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
- Proficiency in construction estimating software, such as Xactimate
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

- Proficient in using Bluebeam or similar software for document markup and collaboration
