Depending on the complexity and type of project, may use different estimating methods, mathematical models, or specialized estimating software tools to generate estimates. Additionally, Estimator - Cost provides guidance and training on estimating best practices. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. The DEN Great Hall Program is a large, multi-year construction upgrade program within an occupied international airport located in Denver, Colorado. The role of Cost Estimator within DEN’s Program Management Team (PMT) will support DEN’s Great Hall Completion Program and report to the Program Controls Manager. The Cost Estimator will review and validate CM/GC estimates, subcontractor award recommendations, and change requests. The base salary range for this position is $103,600 – $161,850. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
