Our Specialty brand, located in Baxter, MN is currently seeking candidates that excel at exceeding our customers’ expectations. Communication is a key component of the Estimating Support role.

What would you do as our Estimator Support Specialist?

• Follow basic process flows and procedures
• Review and route all customer correspondence to the proper email locations
• Review& identify quote requests per product type and order urgency.
• Prepare quote requests for the pricing team.
• Coordinate with other departments for quote information (Example: pricing, manufacturing)
• Assign quote requests to estimators based on product type
• Assign quote numbers & freight costs on Canadian quotes and log into local data base.
• Coordinate to improve efficiency within the estimating team.

The Skills and Experience you need:

• At least one-year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is a plus


• High School diploma or GED equivalent


• Excellent customer service skills essential


• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational, planning and follow up skills
• General computer skills essential
• Basic Math skills desired
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, follow-up and a high comfort level balancing multiple priorities simultaneously
