Synnex Estimating Services INC. is a leading provider of construction cost estimation services. We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Construction Cost Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately analyzing construction projects and producing cost estimates to help clients make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
• Conduct thorough research on material and labor costs to ensure accurate estimates
• Utilize cost estimating software and other tools to streamline the estimation process
• Prepare and present detailed cost estimates to clients
• Review and revise cost estimates based on client feedback and project changes
• Maintain accurate records of all cost estimates and related documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in construction cost estimating
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other cost estimating software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.68 - $33.95 per hour
