The Estimating Coordinator position is a key part of our team. This position will assist lead estimators in completing project bids along with preparing project bids.. Proactive communication and organization is a must. This is a very fast paced environment with an ever changing workload. Acute time management skills are required. This is a fast paced, but fulfilling position working on a fun team. This position is full-time with a benefits package.

Included job duties but not limited to:

· Verify bid tab complete, FEL complete, calculations are accurate

· Perform tax calculations, Textura Fees, Bond, etc.

· Prepare itemization if required

· Verify front ends, instructions to bidders for submission requirements

· Prepare bid forms/bid letters

· Sends out sealed bids after estimator has reviewed and confirmed bid & documents

· Job Entry into Sage

· Prequals (Accounting submits financials)

· Assist in sending out RFQ (writing up projects, review of front ends)

· Assist in discounting quotes, pulling freight, setting up bid tabs, review of specs to drawings

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
