Estate Planning Director directs all aspects of the estate planning function including sales, staffing, and supervision. Participates in training and estate planning workshops. Being an Estate Planning Director ensures that the agency stays abreast of regulatory guidelines and new trends in the field. Researches and advises on tax, technical, and legal questions. Additionally, Estate Planning Director introduces new life products to the field and contributes to design of related software and tools. May be a speaker at insurance conferences or meetings. Real Estate and Estate Planning Attorney
Are you looking for a chance to work with real people in a rural setting and escape the billable hour? Wilkinson Law Group, LLC is looking for an associate attorney to provide estate plans, estate/trust administration, real estate documents and closings, and good honest advice to people in Southwest Wisconsin. We are based in Spring Green but have office space and business opportunities in 11 cities across the area.
Unlike most firms, we provide services on a flat fee basis. There is no billable hour requirement but compensation is a base salary plus bonuses based on collections. We think life and practice is better when you're not always watching the clock!
This is a hybrid position where client meetings are in office but you can work from home for drafting days if you choose. You can largely set your own hours and will have significant control over your schedule.
This is a very entrepreneurial firm, so self-starters and hungry people may be best suited for the position. The ideal candidate wants to live and work in a rural community, has a serious interest in estate planning and real estate, has some tax background, and works well in an entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar association
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in estate planning is preferred but not required
