Estate Planning Director directs all aspects of the estate planning function including sales, staffing, and supervision. Participates in training and estate planning workshops. Being an Estate Planning Director ensures that the agency stays abreast of regulatory guidelines and new trends in the field. Researches and advises on tax, technical, and legal questions. Additionally, Estate Planning Director introduces new life products to the field and contributes to design of related software and tools. May be a speaker at insurance conferences or meetings. We currently have 16 employees, including 4 attorneys and a CPA on staff.
Overview of Position
We are seeking to hire a full time paralegal to work in the Nashville branch of the firm. The candidate must be able to effectively manage a high volume workload, be independent, organized, and a self-starter, all while being on a larger team.
At least 5 years of experience as a paralegal is required. If you do not have experience with estate planning and probate in your prior jobs, do not let that dissuade you from applying, but we do heavily prefer those with experience in this area. If you lack this experience, we will take time to train you fully and make sure that you know the material.
