Estate Planning Director directs all aspects of the estate planning function including sales, staffing, and supervision. Participates in training and estate planning workshops. Being an Estate Planning Director ensures that the agency stays abreast of regulatory guidelines and new trends in the field. Researches and advises on tax, technical, and legal questions. Additionally, Estate Planning Director introduces new life products to the field and contributes to design of related software and tools. May be a speaker at insurance conferences or meetings. Requires a bachelor's degree of business, marketing, or mathematics. Typically reports to top management. May require Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). The Estate Planning Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Estate Planning Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Job Summary
The Director of Agent Development will oversee the initial onboarding/training and the continual business development of real estate agents at Finding 43 Real Estate. This position is full time.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise agents to make sure they conduct business appropriately, meet company performance standards, and follow their business plan.
- May handle or assist with discipline and termination of agents in accordance with company policy.
- Listen and review office Zillow calls with Zillow agents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Help train new agents on Finding 43 Real Estate, Zillow and CRM computer systems
- Assist in creating business plans with agents and provide continued support, encouragement and accountability.
- Assist in the recruitment, interviewing and retention of agents.
- Provided continuing education classes within the office. (CE credits with IREC are not required for these classes)
- Planning and attending office events such as Holiday Parties, Team Social Gatherings, Team Charity Events.
- Assist in creating a culture of excellence and positive morale.
- Help agents produce social media. Put together marketing materials as directed.
- Schedule team appointments, events, and travel
- Assist realtors when needed
- Help agents write offers, compile listing paperwork and help them review for compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
