Additionally, Estate Planning Director introduces new life products to the field and contributes to design of related software and tools. May be a speaker at insurance conferences or meetings. Requires a bachelor's degree of business, marketing, or mathematics. Typically reports to top management. May require Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). The Estate Planning Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Based in Little Rock or Stuttgart, AR, the Director of Demand Planning is responsible for delivering a highly reliable forecast and driving speed to insights to deliver the best service to our customers at the lowest cost. This role is also responsible for identifying opportunities and tool improvement and may be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives.
