ProvenLaw is seeking an estate planner for our team to handle estate planning, uncontested probate, and trust administration matters.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Interacting with clients about case-related work
• Making court appearances
• Drafting trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, and deeds
• Independently evaluating and identifying potential exposure and risks associated with cases

Education & Qualifications

• 1-5 years’ estate planning experience
• Graduate level tax course work is preferred
• State bar certification in Utah in good standing (AZ, NV, CA or ID are a plus)
• JD from an accredited law school
• Exceptional research, writing, and attention to detail skills
• Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Great client interfacing skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Tech savvy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
