Job Description:

We are seeking a Nevada Licensed Attorney with 5 years of experience for our busy and growing Law firm. We are looking for an Attorney with experience primarily in Business Law, Probate with Litigation experience, and/or Estate Planning. Even if you do not meet the experience above, if you have relevant experience and are a quick learner, smart and hard-working, please apply for the position.

Ideal Candidate should require little to no training in the above listed practice areas and be ready to handle matters from start to finish.

Job Requirements:

• Nevada Bar License
• Ability to manage and guide legal staff to assist in case management
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills
• Must be accustomed to fast-paced environment and have the ability to meet deadlines and reasonable monthly collectibles
• Conduct client consultations and meetings while demonstrating good oral articulation
• Utilize a broad range of legal knowledge to be able to quickly prepare an analysis and advise the client
• Ability to build rapport with clients and have excellent client retention to grow your own repeat client base
• Highly self-motivated to succeed as an individual and in a group setting
• Ability to work independently and effectively to manage and prioritize caseload
• Proactive and not reactive
• Highly detail oriented
• Quick to adapt to changes

Experience/Qualifications (depending on practice area):

• Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook): 3 years (Required)
• Experience in Adobe
• Experience with Clio Case Management Software
• Nevada District Court Experience (5 Years)
• Litigation 3 Years (Preferred)
• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Experience in drafting business contracts and agreements and provide analysis to clients
• Complex Estate Planning for high net worth clients
• An LLM or advanced degree is preferred
• A California license is preferred

Schedule:

• Full time - about 40 hours per week

Salary: $125,000 a year, plus monthly bonuses.

Salary and benefits are determined based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
