Job Title: Sales Coach/Consultant for Hudson Burnham Real Estate

Description:
Hudson Burnham Real Estate is seeking a Sales Coach/Consultant to provide guidance and support to our team of new agents. This consulting role involves coaching on key performance indicators such as calls, showings, and appointments. While real estate experience is not necessary, sales and management experience are required.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor new agents to improve sales performance, focusing on metrics such as calls, showings, appointments, etc.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize productivity and success.
• Utilize forms and self-reporting systems for data collection and analysis.
• Conduct regular check-ins and calls with agents to assess progress and provide feedback.
• Develop and implement reporting and automation processes to streamline management operations.
• Utilize advanced CRM skills, particularly familiarity with HubSpot, to optimize sales processes and enhance team performance.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of success in coaching sales teams and enhancing organizational skills for higher lead conversion efficiency.

Requirements:

• 4 years of high-level sales performance.
• 2 years of management or coaching experience.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in utilizing forms and self-reporting tools.
• Advanced CRM skills, specifically experience with HubSpot.
• Availability for weekly calls and check-ins.
