As an Escrow Assistant, you will be asked to perform clerical, administrative, and accounting functions to support continuity of normal workflow. You will work in an office setting, Monday through Friday. Excellent people skills and a cheerful outlook are essential.
· Follow workflow instructions and make supervisor aware of deviations.
· Prepare settlement statements per lender’s instructions.
· Communicate specific details with internal and external customers.
· Record legal documents in the county records.
· Prepare loan package for return to lender upon closing.
· Ensure documents are filed for permanent digital storage.
· Ability to supply quality customer service and work product.
· Must be able to manage multiple moving parts at a time.
· Organization skills with the ability to work in a neat, orderly manner.
· Concise verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience coordinating and processing Real Estate mortgage transactions.
