ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are looking for a new executive assistant to assist with a rapidly growing high-tech firm. Duties include light secretarial work, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, assisting in uploading of new equipment to our website, interacting with customers online, etc. We are looking for a personable, motivated person who is anxious to be working in the exciting field of state-of-the-art electronics.

Duties include:

· Answering e-mails

· Ensure packaging for shipping items

· Organizing inventory

· Completing other tasks and projects assigned

Requirements:

· Must be an organized self-starter

· Flexible and adaptable

· Must be able to use Microsoft Applications and a computer

· Must be dependable and a great communicator
