Equipment Manager manages daily operations for the equipment procurement, inventory management and maintenance function. Tracks the records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for the organization's equipment and tools. Being an Equipment Manager minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Tracks equipment quality throughout the product lifetime and makes recommendations for alternatives if needed. Additionally, Equipment Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Equipment Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Clairemont Equipment is Looking for an Equipment Painter to prep and paint Various types of Light to Heavy Duty Construction Equipment. Automotive other heavy equipment painters only. Residential painter only experience need not apply.

Job Requirements and needed skills include:
- The Tech will need to be experienced with both bodywork prep as well as painting.
- Team environment Must work well with fellow workers including Painters, Customer Service Technicians, Mechanics, and Managers.
- Basic mechanical skills to tear down and reassemble exterior and interior pieces on the machine.
- Straightening panels with Hammer and dolly. Bodywork prep using bondo, primer, and sanding.
- Basic Fiberglass repairs.
- Taping and masking for paint job - with clean and straight tape lines.
- Capable of Color matching.
- Paint using good, steady, even motion and technique with proper re-coat times.
- Color sanding, polishing and shaving runs.
- Safety is our number one priority so the Painter will use the proper eye protection, suit, and ventilation equipment - all provided by Clairemont Equipment.
You will have access to a full-sized work stall with paint booth. We will provide tools and equipment.
