    Job Description:
    We are looking for a dynamic Office Manager who will be the first point of contact for our company and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a friendly and professional demeanor.

    Responsibilities:

    • Front Desk Management:
    • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly.
    • Manage the reception area to ensure a neat and welcoming environment.
    • Keep track of trucks being delivered
    • Filing when needed
    • Enter time from time cards
    • Keep track of chassis warranties
    • Handle customer credit references
    • Monitor delivery of trucks
    • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
    • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and returns.
    • Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs.
    • Paperwork and Documentation:
    • Manage and organize office paperwork, including invoices, receipts, and correspondence.
    • Ensure accurate and timely filing of documents.
    • Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
    • Administrative Support:
    • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a similar receptionist/office manager role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education is a plus.
    • Previous experience in customer service or office administration is preferred.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
