Equipment Engineering Manager manages equipment engineering activities within an organization. Implements and maintains policies and procedures for designing, developing and implementing equipment. Being an Equipment Engineering Manager ensures all equipment engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies and objectives. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Equipment Engineering Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Equipment Engineering Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Role
As an Equipment Technician (also known as Machine Technician, Technical Support Specialist), you'll be responsible for the repair and maintenance of various equipment systems. Your role will also involve providing technical support, managing assigned tasks, participating in equipment installation and training, and assisting in department planning. You'll also be expected to provide support to the sales team and participate in industry trade shows.

- Ability to read electrical schematics and a basic foundation in mechanical repair.
- High school diploma.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting, and Hydraulics Experience.
- Experience with Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
