Equipment Engineering Manager manages equipment engineering activities within an organization. Implements and maintains policies and procedures for designing, developing and implementing equipment. Being an Equipment Engineering Manager ensures all equipment engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies and objectives. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Equipment Engineering Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Equipment Engineering Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Responsibilities
-Generate relationships and grow sales/gross margin.

-Present engineered products and schedule meetings with customers
-Maintain Sales Reports
-Follow up and Persistence to win.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
