In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our engineering teams, driving the delivery and execution of solutions, and ensuring the successful resolution of critical issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex design, development, analysis, testing, and implementation tasks to deliver impactful and high-visibility results.
• Investigate and resolve critical problems, defects, and incidents.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology for business improvement and process efficiency.
• Plan, direct and oversee all aspects of the organization, including financial and budgetary oversight.
• Own the execution and delivery of team products and services.
• Facilitate coordination with vendors and handle escalations.
• Communicate status, strategic direction, and results of assigned work.
• Drive team growth, coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Define, prioritize, and ensure a ready backlog of work, focusing on outcomes rather than the process.
• Manage backlogs of deliverables, conduct experimentation, and adjust the overall roadmap as needed.
• Translate business strategies into executable work, defining team goals and strategy.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring needs and requirements are met.
• Provide feedback, remove roadblocks, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of progressive work experience in the product development space
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Technical expertise in multiple engineering disciplines.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and technological capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills for effective decision-making.
• Domain expertise and ability to develop business partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and business-oriented.
• Solid business and financial acumen.
• Strong team orientation and ability to drive innovation and process improvement.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Advanced leadership skills, inspiring and motivating others.
• Strong ability to influence, provide guidance, and coach team members.
