Develops electrical control devices to convey materials and products throughout the manufacturing process. Being a Equipment Engineer integrates devices and instruments into the systems that measure and control environmental or material variations occurring during the manufacturing process. Ensures equipment and processes maintain throughput, yield, safety, and reliability objectives. Additionally, Equipment Engineer maintains an up-to-date knowledge of equipment vendors' changes, upgrades, and innovations. Prepares preventive maintenance plans and procedures for all equipment and provides technical support during maintenance or turnaround processes. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Job Description
Four Seasons Power Equipment is looking for a part-time lawn and garden equipment pickup & delivery driver. In this role you will be responsible for picking up equipment and returning repaired equipment to customers. Driver must be professional, comfortable interacting with customers, and able to safely operate a 16-foot box truck.
Responsibilities
- Pick up to-be-repaired equipment and return completed equipment to customers across the South Shore.
- Quality control of outgoing equipment.
- Assemble, set up, and prepare new equipment for delivery.
- Demonstrate safe operation of new equipment to customers.
- Determine optimal pickup & delivery routes.
- Communicate with management to determine which machines require payment at drop-off and which are acceptable to leave on site.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have experience operating various lawn and garden equipment.
- Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to get DOT medical card within first 60 days of hire.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and be able to perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading machines.
- Reliable, hard-working, focused and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Expected hours: 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday (Saturday optional). Flexible schedule.
