Ensures equipment and processes maintain throughput, yield, safety, and reliability objectives. Additionally, Equipment Engineer maintains an up-to-date knowledge of equipment vendors' changes, upgrades, and innovations. Prepares preventive maintenance plans and procedures for all equipment and provides technical support during maintenance or turnaround processes. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. As a Controls Engineer at Modern Process Equipment, you will be responsible for managing the electrical and controls design and testing for OEM capital equipment. You will utilize internal and external resources to align customer automation needs with the company's equipment and system solution offerings. In this role, you will be involved with activities related to controls and automation for the company, from the automation requirements on in-house equipment orders to the establishment of standards and processes for use both in-house and with automation partners.
