We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative who will help grow and lead our sales team in the Charleston and Huntington, West Virginia areas. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who has sales experience in heavy equipment, truck, or material handling, and has an outgoing personality and exceptional sales and organizational skills.  Previous experience in industrial equipment, truck sales, or sales management is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, manage, and grow equipment sales within our territory for sales and rentals
• Develop and execute market strategy.
• Attain and maintain desired market position within the territory.
• Grow your sales team as our business grows
• Must be able to effectively identify, communicate and work through customer problems, issues, and opportunities
• Provide reports to management

• Should have 3-5 years’ sales experience working in the industrial truck or material handling field
• Results-driven and excellent communication skills a must
• Ability to multi-task and handle competing deadlines and priorities
• Must have the ability to work well under pressure and be well organized to manage people effectively.
• Solid negotiating capabilities and follow-up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel 
• Must have the ability to maintain good working relationships with clients, employees, and industry professionals.
• Able to manage expectations and work independently.
