Mechanic

Kingston Lawn and Power Equipment is a busy small engines and equipment repair shop with a commitment to providing our customers with quality parts and efficient services for their small engine products. We are dedicated to providing our customers with a wide range of parts, services, and solutions in a timely manner that meets their needs and offers the best value for their dollar. Our company is well known for our quality repair and service.

Our Service Department:
We are looking for a competent Service Technician to perform maintenance in the small engine mechanic’s shop and diagnose problems. You will be the one to solve problems and make changes and repairs to the equipment. We expect you to be an excellent technician with good problem-solving skills. The goal is to ensure that the small engine mechanic’s shop runs smoothly so that it can efficiently meet the needs of the shop’s daily operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to operate power tools, heavy equipment, and various tools required for maintenance purposes.
• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical diagrams, and schematics.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience as a mechanic or repair technician preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
