Equipment Director directs the management of company equipment including procurement activities, preventative maintenance, repair/replacement and safety assurance. Manages the records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for the organization's equipment and tools. Being an Equipment Director minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Document and tracks equipment performance throughout the product lifetime. Additionally, Equipment Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Equipment Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. We are a family-owned and operated company that has been in business since 2009, with four locations in KY, IN, and OH. This position will be located at our Franklin Furnace, OH dealership. We proudly sell and service equipment for Mahindra, Spartan, Bad Boy, New Holland, Liugong and more!
The responsibilities of this shop technician are, but not limited to:
All employees are required to follow their Employee Handbook. Potential employees will be required to pass a drug test before being hired and are subject to random drug testing throughout their employment.
All service techs must possess the following:
-High school diploma with at least two years of additional schooling/training in field
-Preferred two years of experience equipment service/repair or at least two years of equivalent training.
-Their own tools (We will provide specialty tools, etc.)
-A valid driver's license
-Good verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate well with Managers and staff, as well as customers.
-A positive attitude
-Desire to acquire knowledge of the field every day in order to be better every day
-Able to work 40 hours/ week, Monday-Friday: any time from 8:00am-6:00pm, Saturdays from 9:00am-1:00pm.
