Equipment Director directs the management of company equipment including procurement activities, preventative maintenance, repair/replacement and safety assurance. Manages the records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for the organization's equipment and tools. Being an Equipment Director minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Document and tracks equipment performance throughout the product lifetime. Additionally, Equipment Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Equipment Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be an Equipment Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Accountabilities:
    In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of an integrated US brand plan, creating innovative market development strategies, and developing deep customer insights. You will also handle marketing budgets and resources, work with the highest degree of professionalism, and in accordance with the company’s code of Ethics and Business Conduct.

    Essential Skills/Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Science focus preferred)
    • Minimum 8 years pharmaceutical and/or healthcare experience
    • Shown success in marketing, including launching innovative products
    • Successful delivery of strategic and operational plans within a therapeutic or business area

    Ability to effectively lead and influence individuals at all levels and cross-functionally

    • Sound business judgment, ethical behavior, decisiveness, and strategic vision
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
    • Experience building strong external relationships within a therapy ecosystem across healthcare professionals, key accounts, and patient groups
    • Strong financial acuity with the ability to assess and get results
    • Requires approximately 10-20% travel

    Desirable Skills/Experience:
    • Advanced Degree in business, marketing, or the sciences
    • Experience in hospital sales and/or marketing
    • Experience in neurology, GI, and/or trauma
    • Highly Specialized Product launch/life-cycle experience 
    • Social/ Digital marketing experience
    • Direct-report leadership experience
