We are hiring for a creative and highly analytical person to add to our Service Department as a Service Parts Coordinator.
We are a full-service Furukawa dealership /rental house and authorized CAT Service Center serving New England and NY.
This position will need to work with Service Technicians to secure parts for jobs, coordinate field and shop repairs and create service tickets.
Applicant must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to operate MS Office Suite (i.e. Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Position will work side by side with the Parts Manager
Core Responsibilities Include:
Shipping and Receiving - verify packing slips and process system PO's
Unload trucks manually or with forklift
Label and put parts away
Order and Source service-related parts for shop jobs and road calls
Pull parts for Service Technicians
Provide daily updates on lead times on service-related parts and communicate with customer/technicians
Learn to identify machines and look up parts in manuals and online
