Primary Responsibilities:

• Major focus of on farm sales calls to customers which only buy used equipment. Identify their equipment needs and alter buying habits from just-in-time delivery to planned purchasing.
• Lead, assist and provide feedback with used equipment Speed to Market initiatives and Used Quality process.
• Assist with marketing of used equipment to establish a Koenig brand and price realization. Primary drivers include quality internet pictures, unit presentation, evaluations with cosmetic, mechanical and condition standards.
  • Works with customer on all equipment needs by gathering information, determining best solution, selling the enterprise, and closing the transaction.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive CRM of customer accounts which includes proactively marketing Koenig products to new, current, and past customers outside of AOR.
• Continually works to learn product and mechanical knowledge on all equipment potentially sellable by the dealership.
• Monitors competitive activity along with market demand changes and timely communicates to management.
• Knows and follows a defined sales process.
• Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of products.
• Attends applicable sales training events/seminars/meetings
• Performs other work-related duties as instructed by manager.

Qualifications or Requirements

• On-the-road territory coverage, occasional weekend or after hours assistance especially in season may be needed.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Adaptation to technology with a desire to learn and work
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet functions
• Keen attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Outstanding customer relationship skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
