Equipment Director directs the management of company equipment including procurement activities, preventative maintenance, repair/replacement and safety assurance. Manages the records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for the organization's equipment and tools. Being an Equipment Director minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Document and tracks equipment performance throughout the product lifetime. Additionally, Equipment Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Equipment Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be an Equipment Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Heavy Equipment Field Technician

  • This is a key role in our company in which our field technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing of Caterpillar equipment including removing, repairing, assembling and installing. You will need to diagnose and troubleshoot engines, powertrains, electrical and hydraulic systems so experience with CAT diagnostic equipment, CAT repair tooling, rigging and blocking equipment is essential.

    Due to the multiple projects you will be assigned, this position requires planning and organizing skills with a particular emphasis on controlling job costs. You will need to investigate, analyze and identify the problem in order to make recommendations that eliminates the issue.

    Hourly Rate: Up to $55.80 (Based on Skills and Experience)

    Qualifications & Experience Needed: 

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required
    • Two to four year vocational degree or equivalent experience 
    • Valid driver's license
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and Outlook
    • Ability to stand up to eight hours per day and includes twisting, bending, squatting, sitting stooping and kneeling
    • Flexibility to travel for extended periods of time to work with our customers
    • Experience working at a Caterpillar (CAT) dealership or with CAT products is preferred
