We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our office. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform order entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with project coordination and provide administrative support as needed
- Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate office events and assist with event planning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a dental office is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
