Equipment Director directs the management of company equipment including procurement activities, preventative maintenance, repair/replacement and safety assurance. Manages the records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for the organization's equipment and tools. Being an Equipment Director minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Document and tracks equipment performance throughout the product lifetime. Additionally, Equipment Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Equipment Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be an Equipment Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Equipment Sales Admin

    The primary responsibility of the Sales Admin. is to support the Sales department with all administrative duties.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Sell out equipment
    • Apply for and secure credit approval for contracts
    • Create sales contracts
    • Complete warranty registrations
    • Create open sales order reports and send to salespeople
    • Add invoice numbers to floor plan report
    • Calculate commissions on every sale
    • Post commissions to payroll commission report
    • Run Kubota discount reports and verify receipt of discounts taken
    • Verify sales completed in correct store/account codes
    • Produce sales ranking and wholegoods sales report information for Dave Roth
    • Journal entries
    • Post Kubota payments
    • Create Sales Report Monthly (both store)
    • Verify WG sales report matches financial reports
    • Back up receptionist as needed

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel software.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    • 1-2 years related experience and/or training

    LANGUAGE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information to management.

    REASONING ABILITY

    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
