SUMMARY OF POSITION :
Responsible to work in partnership with EHS Management to coordinate the daily operational activities and direction of Environmental Health Staff. Independently coordinate, organize, and develop work schedules for employees to ensure appropriate staffing levels for each work day / shift. Evaluate the program(s) effectiveness to develop improved methods; devise evaluation methodology and implement; analyze results and recommend and/or takes appropriate action. Develop and conduct training for all EHS staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Candidate must possess one of the following scenarios:
High school diploma plus three (3) years of experience in Environmental Health or Public Health Sanitation field required; or Associate's Degree in Business or related field plus two (2) years of experience in Environmental Health or Public Sanitation Field required; or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field plus one (1) year experience in Environmental Health or Public Sanitation required.
