The role you’ll contribute:
The ES Coordinator manages the ES Supervisors and associates engaged in keeping patient care and public areas clean, neat and sanitary. Position assists the Director in meeting all regulatory requirement including for the Joint Commission and EPA. This position oversees the training program for the department.
This position focuses on HCAPS scores regarding cleanliness and reducing HAI’s through the use of the latest technologies and infection prevention techniques. This position must be able to plan, organize, and control the resources required to meet the objectives set by the Director.
Responsible for monitoring associates productivity along with focusing on proper usage of hospital assets including labor. Building and maintaining teamwork with the clinical departments is an essential element of this position.
