Environmental Services Coordinator jobs in Colorado
Environmental Services Coordinator coordinates and maintains company policies adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations. Inspects the work areas and work procedures and makes environmental, health and safety recommendations accordingly. Being an Environmental Services Coordinator maintains and updates environmental policy and procedure manuals. Ensures compliance with and trains employees on all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. Additionally, Environmental Services Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Environmental Services Coordinator typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Pay and Hours: -$20 hr - 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner always
- Working knowledge of WIN central, plant receiving, profile access, and printing
- Data entry into WIN, Excel and/or Outlook for truck-to-truck materials
- Organization/maintenance of inbound trailer inventories and data entry into Win Web
- Printing and creating outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels and for outbound loads
- Filing, typing, and general clerical duties as well as any administrative duties as deemed required by supervisors
- Maintains a safe working environment that follows all applicable OSHA regulations as well as all applicable company Health & Safety and Compliance protocols
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months related work experience preferred
- Strong computer skills (Excel, MS Word, Outlook) required
- DOT Training/Knowledge is a plus.
