Opportunities for growth include development of client relationships, marketing and business development, and leading interdisciplinary teams on diverse projects.

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Perform agency consultation and ensure environmental regulatory compliance

    • Perform various business development functions, including proposal preparation and active involvement in industry and agency marketing outreach

    • Working knowledge of NEPA, Clean Water (CWA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) requirements

    • Excellent verbal and written skills; interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a large multi-disciplinary team; and organization, schedule and budget management skills

    • Experience working with federal land and water management agencies

    Additional Information

    • Exempt Position: Offered rate of compensation in Oregon will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $85,000 – $120,000.
