Forefront Healthcare is looking for an EVS Manager (hands on) for our hospital account in Slidell, LA. You will bring your leadership skills to help lead our team of EVS techs/housekeepers.

**You are subject to the following conditions of employment:

Background Check, Drug screening, fingerprint screening.

Providing leadership to the management and housekeeping team for EVS operations. Must be able to pass a drug test, and background check.

• Responsible for leading an hourly workforce and duties include recruiting, mentoring, and corrective action when needed. 
• Drive client and resident satisfaction scores
• Provide a clean, safe environment for residents and staff
• Ability to collaborate with hospital staff within all departments
• Thorough understanding and compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to provide world-class service.
• Monitor and maintain operating budgets such as payroll, supplies, equipment, and hospital budgets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Management experience leading an hourly workforce
• EVS experience in a healthcare setting setting, preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000/yr
