**OVERVIEW OF ROLE: **
The Director will oversee the day-to-day functions of the Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) department and staff including compliance with state, local and federal agencies. Responsible for managing any permitting and associated risk assessment. Lead the efforts of site Emergency Action Plan (Ammonia) and partner with site Physical Security Team with all Life Safety System programs and procedures. Lead the implementation of EHS policies and management systems, mentor the EHS team, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability cross functionally.
