In this role, you will lead all aspects of and direct staff and management; providing coaching and mentoring to the SHE group. You will develop, implement, revise and/or maintain safety, health & environmental, programs to ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations and company standards and values. You will also coordinate implementation and maintenance of aspects associated with SHE management systems; track & report progress. 

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelors:  Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Sciences, Engineering
• Technical Expertise: CSP, CIH, CHMM, or PE 
• 7-10 years manufacturing SHE experience

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• 10--15 years manufacturing SHE experience
