Summary of Position
The position of Technician Manager entails managing everything that has to do with the technician workforce. You will be held accountable for the hiring, training, continued education and performance of the technicians. You will need to lead and manage the group and hold them to the company’s standards.

Role and Responsibilities
- New-Build Technician training, onboarding, and supervision
- Track quality and review performance with technicians
- Tech correspondence, email, and job completions
- Complete certain number of tech reviews every week
- Tech van organization
- Every aspect of Tech Review Form with Overview/On-site Job Performance
- Site Assessments
- Quality Assurance and safety walks
- Ensuring compliance with AARST/NEHA/ASTM Standards
- Managing hours worked per week, <40 hours
- Other duties as assigned
