JOB PURPOSE: Manufacturing Engineering Technician works under moderate supervision to provide technical support to operations on a variety of engineering-related tasks including machine downtime, product problems, and quality evaluations. The technician would be the first line of defense in helping to resolve safety concerns, troubleshooting quality issues, and improve efficiencies in production. Additionally, it could include review of workflows, routings, floor layouts, material handling, testers, or machine utilization. Work could include repairing, maintenance or design of production testers.
