Environmental Engineer identifies, assesses and resolves problems concerning the environment. May also design, install, operate and maintain measuring apparatus to determine the level of pollutants involving air, land, and water. Being an Environmental Engineer performs experiments and reports findings on environmental consequences of equipment, tools, and procedures. Ensures the organization's conformance to federal, state, and local environmental legislation. Additionally, Environmental Engineer requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Environmental Engineer typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     What you’ll do:

    • Deliver an outstanding customer experience interacting with various types of customers
    • Build rapport and cultivate relationships with customers and co-workers through professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
    • Prepare and manage customer accounts with accurate data, contact information, updates, and activities
    • Provide first person problem resolution for customers over the phone and email
    • Receive and record customer payments
    • Complete special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

    The following skills and experience are preferred but not requirements for applying.

    • 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
    • A positive attitude and a strong motivation to learn
    • Previous experience in pest control or a service related industry
    • High degree of professionalism
    • Resourceful and able to learn new products, services, and processes quickly
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Dependable and self-motivated
    • Excellent organization/time management skills
    • Problem-solving ability to determine customer solutions
