Env., Health, and Safety Engineer implements and maintains company policies adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations. Involved in the design and development of facilities, work areas and work procedures and makes environmental, health and safety recommendations accordingly. Being an Env., Health, and Safety Engineer is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating environmental policy and procedure manuals. Ensures compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. Additionally, Env., Health, and Safety Engineer serves as contact with all federal, state, and local regulatory bodies. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor. To be an Env., Health, and Safety Engineer typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     EVS Housekeeper - Main

    Per Diem position located at Corona Regional Medical Center located in Corona, CA

    Reporting to the Director of Environmental Services this position cleans patient and non-patient care area according to position schedule and approved cleaning procedures, position schedule and approved cleaning procedures. Transports and secures trash, biohazardous waste and soiled linen. Operates equipment for hard surface and carpet floor care.

    The tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center began in 1965, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. Since that time the hospital has changed to meet the needs of the rapidly growing community. Corona Community Hospital merged with Circle City Medical Center in 1992 and the resulting entity became Corona Regional Medical Center. The merged hospitals are now a 238-bed community hospital network comprised of a 160-bed acute care hospital and a 78-bed rehabilitation campus. It is certified by The Joint Commission, employs more than 1,250 trained healthcare workers and has a medical staff of approximately 347 physicians representing more than 40 specialties.


    Qualifications

    MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

    Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

    Previous experience buffing, burnishing, stripping and/or waxing floors preferred
