The Purchasing-Receiving Manager is the backbone of the Food and Beverage operations at the resort. Ensuring time sensitive products arrive and are distributed in a timely manner and operations are not disrupted by any outages or missed timelines. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily receiving operations and ensure accurate distribution to all resort outlets via mechanized equipment. High proficiency in inventory management software systems. Provide monthly financial reporting of the Food and Beverage Division to shared services. Accurate and timely invoice processing that allows Food and Beverage Managers the required data to cost their products and take accurate inventory. Keep an accurate inventory of all communal items located in the company storeroom. Establish and maintain positive communication with Food & Beverage managers, staff, and supplier representatives. Use the appropriate procurement channels to get the necessary products required for the operation of Food & Beverage outlets. Maintain a clean and hygienic warehouse facility, including equipment. Implement and ensure adherence to safety and security protocols. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Manage the warehouse's financial performance (inventory control, cost of goods sold, labor costs etc.). Supervise warehouse staff (recruiting, hiring, training, performance evaluation). Maintain proper cash handling procedures and generate reports. Prepare budgets (fiscal and capital). Possess extensive knowledge of the resort's facilities and events. Build positive working relationships with local and regional businesses. Physical Demands: The job requires frequent physical activity, including lifting objects up to 100lbs with assistance. Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, and twist is necessary. The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings with exposure to extreme weather conditions. Qualifications: High school diploma (college degree in business management preferred). 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or F&B industry (or 3 years of general experience). Experience with accounting processes either through school or from work experience. Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a clean motor vehicle report. Capable of passing a Department of Transportation screening to be able to drive a snowcat. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
