Enterprise Operations Manager manages the daily activities of an enterprise IT operations unit and its equipment. Responsible for planning and achieving budgets, goals, and business objectives. Being an Enterprise Operations Manager implements and maintains enterprise-wide IT system tools and ensures scalability. Follows established operating policies to mitigate risk. Additionally, Enterprise Operations Manager typically responsible for one or more of the following responsibilities: information systems operations activities, computer operations, data entry, data control, operations support, or operating systems programming. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Enterprise Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. This individual will be expected to collaborate to create impact with partners in the Global Finance, Actuarial, Risk, CIO, Global Technology, Transformation Office, and Talent organizations. The individual in this role will report to the VP, Strategic Capital & Resource Allocation team. Key Responsibilities Include: Work with partners to maintain and enhance dynamic projection model linked to our resource and capital allocation framework Connect the resource and capital allocation framework to Global Finance, Actuarial, Risk and CIO for capital management and forecasting processes, Global Technology for technology investment prioritization, the Transformation Office for operating expense prioritization, and Talent for human capital processes Track alignment of our resource allocation to our strategic goals Integrate with partners in Global Finance, Actuarial, Risk, CIO, Global Technology, Transformation Office, and Talent organizations Create an external mindset and bring new ideas from external sources and contacts Develop and deliver (with Treasury) training on capital and resource allocation for critical leaders/developing leaders Create connections with an internal integration network of resource/capital allocation practitioners across the enterprise Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CFA designation a plus Minimum of 5 years in corporate development, capital management, Finance P&A or related areas Proven leadership skills with experience managing complex projects and cross functional teams, demonstrated internal networking skills Strong quantitative skills and ability to apply corporate finance fundamentals to a range of questions Success bringing people together to enable business outcomes Strong advanced analytical skills and knowledge of capital processes and tools Capable of clearly articulating technical concepts to a variety of audiences Comfortable working with and presenting to senior level executives Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $115,800.00 to $172,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
