Enterprise Operations Director jobs in Texas
Enterprise Operations Director directs information systems operations and for software systems analysis and programming. Monitors accessibility of applications or services. Being an Enterprise Operations Director leads implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide system tools and ensures scalability. Implements and maintains operating policies to mitigate risk. Additionally, Enterprise Operations Director may also be responsible for information center, database management, data security, telecommunications, or information systems training. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Enterprise Operations Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Enterprise Operations Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Assistant Director Hospice Operations - Enterprise Wide
We are looking for a hospice industry superstar with proven, verifiable performance!
Special Instructions: Please do not apply for this position unless you have hospice industry experience, no exceptions.
The Assistant Hospice Director will work with the current President / CEO on special projects and will assist in hospice operations enterprise wide. This includes but is not limited to business operations, clinical operations, business development and census growth, financial control, compliance with corporate policies and procedures and all state and federal regulatory standards, and all other areas of general business operations management.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND:- Executive Director / Administrator / Director of Sales or higher-level experience.
- Minimum of 5 years recent, hospice operations management experience.
- Local candidates preferred but will consider relocation on a case-by-case basis.
- Current or recent Multi-Site Hospice operations experience a plus.
- Strong experience in Operations, Growth Strategy & oversight site level clinical leadership.
- Experience with budgetary responsibilities including budget development and monitoring, financial profits and loss.
- Broad knowledge of federal and state regulations/administration
- Outstanding leadership, managerial skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and assertiveness skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent. Graduate coursework a plus!
- Registered Nurse is a plus NOT required.
