Role Overview:
As the Director of Operations, you will lead the daily operations of all vacation rentals. Your primary focus will be ensuring guest satisfaction while effectively managing our team of cleaners, inspectors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage communication with guests and prospective guests via various mediums including channel messages, texts, emails, and phone calls.
- Coordinate with staff, inspectors, and maintenance personnel using platforms like Breezeway to ensure seamless property maintenance, cleanings, and inspections.
- Collaborate with the GM on new unit onboarding processes.
- Implement communication programs to regularly update property owners on important matters.
- Manage supply inventory to ensure consistent ordering and maintenance of adequate stock levels across properties.
- Coordinate regular unit maintenance to exceed guest and owner expectations, including AC service, inventory inspections, and cleanliness standards.
Daily Tasks Include:- Promptly and professionally manage guest communications and inquiries.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and guest-ready.
- Assist with new unit onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration into our rental portfolio.
- Regularly communicate important updates and information to property owners.
- Oversee supply inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure routine maintenance tasks are completed to uphold property standards.
Summary of Role:
As the Director of Operations, you are the linchpin of Luxe Maui Properties, connecting various aspects of our business to deliver exceptional service and experiences. Your attitude and approach to the role will shape the culture and success of our operations.
Compensation and Benefits:- Starting salary: $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience
