    The Enterprise Strategy & Operations team is responsible for maximizing team performance and serving as trusted partners to sales leadership in our Enterprise Partnerships & Business Development organization. This team owns a cross-functional strategic and operational function that enables, supports, and drives effective sales strategies, programs, processes, systems and analytic solutions for all ENT Mx-facing teams, to best serve our largest revenue driving partnerships across all geographies and business lines at DoorDash. To achieve this, the Enterprise Strategy & Operations team builds strategic plans and sales strategies, executes go-to-market playbooks, builds processes and reporting solutions, and partners with cross-functional teams to solve our toughest problems.

    About the Role

    You will report into the Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy & Operations in our Enterprise Sales organization. Once our offices reopen, we expect this role to be [100% in-office, hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote, 100% remote].

    As our Strategy & Operations Director, you’ll uncover, frame, and drive performance improvements across the sales organization and build the foundation for it to scale. This will include building and executing go-to-market playbooks, driving revenue and efficiency optimization, leading strategic and cross-functional initiatives to enhance productivity and process redesign, and influencing product, system and data roadmapping priorities and launches. This role sits at the intersection of our revenue generation engine and our business teams, and as such will require ruthless prioritization and data-driven decision-making to ensure our teams are working against the right goals and have the tools needed to achieve them.

    • You have 8 years of experience in strategic consulting, business operations, business development, strategy business planning, or Chief of Staff functions; experience driving growth within a start-up environment
    • You’re an experienced leader and people manager, working with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functionally to drive outcomes; able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, define OKRs, create vision and action plans, report on progress
    • You’re a problem solver who uncovers areas to improve with high bias towards proactive solutions. Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast paced environment
    • You’re an exceptional verbal communicator, able to express a complex idea clearly and simply for an executive level audience
    • You have experience authoring strategic documentation and plans aligned to top company priorities

    The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below.  Compensation in other geographies may vary.

    Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.  For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.  Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
