Role
The Director - Enterprise Search and Recruiting role reports to the Vice President of HR. This position is a valued member of the leadership team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Director -HRBP along with other department managers to identify and address the needs of all teams at Boston Mutual. They will possess ample abilities to recognize future hiring needs and implement solutions to proactively drive growth for the business.
The Director – Enterprise Search and Recruiting, will have expertise in hiring from diverse pools of candidates as well as through various outlets. The successful candidate will lead efforts to manage the recruitment process to align with company goals. In this role, it is critical to possess critical analytical skills to create reports for the company to identify growth and learning opportunities. A creative mindset is essential for a successful candidate in this role. The Director – Enterprise Search and Recruiting will work intimately with other members of management and department heads to facilitate the hiring and onboarding process, create personas and accurate job descriptions, and improve the overall candidate experience.
With a collaborative and analytical perspective, this Director will focus on attracting, developing, and retaining the talent base to meet the company’s changing needs.
Professional Experience/Expectations
Education
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Certification in Human Resource Management is preferred.
