Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Manager is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive bank-wide data strategy that aligns with our business objectives, emphasizing data quality, governance, analytics, and privacy.
    • Lead the establishment and operation of a data governance framework, setting standards for data management processes, quality, security, and compliance across all departments.
    • Collaborate with IT, analytics, compliance, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of data strategies and governance practices into daily operations and project initiatives.
    • Spearhead the utilization of data analytics and business intelligence to support strategic decision-making, identify new market opportunities, improve customer experience, and drive innovation.
    • Oversee the management of banking data, including the identification, evaluation, and resolution of data-related issues, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
    • Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, providing guidance and training to staff on data management best practices, tools, and technologies.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in data management technologies, assessing their implications for the bank and adjusting strategies accordingly.
    • Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing regular feedback and development opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in data management or a related field, with at least 7 years in a leadership role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
    • Strong understanding of data governance principles, data architecture, data quality management, data privacy laws, and regulatory compliance requirements in the banking sector.
    • Proven track record in developing and executing data strategies that have significantly impacted business outcomes.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, lead change, and drive a data-centric culture across the organization.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
    • Advanced knowledge of data management tools, technologies, and best practices.
