Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Manager is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. Position Purpose
The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the management of the physical and virtual server and network infrastructure and resolving escalated support issues. This person is responsible for designing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and capacity planning for all hardware and software related services, and serving as the technical expert for each of these systems. This person leads the effort in technical research and development to enable continuing improvement within the infrastructure, ensuring that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values and remains up to date with industry wide technology trends.
