Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Manager is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Bauer Infrastructure LLC is currently looking to fill a mid to senior level Project Manager/Estimator position. This role will include the following duties: Manage projects from bidding, through the entire construction phase, to final close out. This includes scheduling production, managing subcontractors, ordering materials, completing submittal packages, managing costs, and maintaining relationships with clients and business partners.

    Job Highlights:
    • Full-time, Monday through Friday.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Estimate projects for bid submittal by reading plans and specifications, calculating quantities, gathering quotes and submittals, and create the bid.
    • Attend pre-construction meetings to ensure all parties (project managers, operations managers, and superintendents) are aligned with communication, coordination, and project projections.
    • Maintain communication with the project owner, engineers, and internal management team throughout all phases of the project.
    • Obtain all necessary permits and licenses for each project.
    • Manage costs for labor, equipment, and materials.
    • Manage billing to ensure accuracy of invoicing and recording of accounts receivable.
    • Review and code accounts payable to ensure proper job costing is achieved.
    • Obtain approval and documentation for any work scope changes.

    Job Requirements:
    • Driver's License.
    • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in civil construction / project management.
    • Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
    • Heavy Construction Systems Specialists, Inc. (HCSS)  Heavy Bid and Heavy Job experience preferred.
    • Ability to multitask proficiently.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Excellent coordination and communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Possess strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently.
